Refund Policy

 

We, Finn Origins Inc., want our customers to be satisfied. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the return confirmation number emailed to you upon approval of return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@finnorigins.com with the reason for your return and to receive a confirmation number to be included with your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Your refund will be processed once the return is received undamaged and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
All of our items are carefully inspected by us before shipping. The customer must report damaged or lost items during shipping immediately to the courier and deal with them directly. Finn Origins Inc. is not responsible for damage or loss caused during shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Body care products, such as brushes, soaps, scrubbers, and sponges that are unpackaged or opened, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All other items must be returned in their original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
