Shipping Policy

Finn Origins Inc. offers free delivery with a minimum order of $50 within Thunder Bay city limits for the following postal codes: P7C, P7G, P7B, P7A, P7J, P7E and P7K. For orders under $50.00, Finn Origins Inc. charges a flat fee of $5.00 for delivery to your door. Finn Origins Inc. is not responsible for stolen items if the package is not retrieved after drop off. You will receive a notification prior to local package delivery.

Canada Post Strike shipping change: All orders placed with Canada Post on our site will automatically ship with UPS, FedEx or other carrier of our choice. We will not charge extra shipping charges for this during the strike.

Finn Origins Inc. uses Canada Post for all parcels shipped. Rates will be calculated automatically at checkout. If there are special requests for shipping, or you have specific questions about shipping, email us at info@finnorigins.com before placing your order. For damage or loss that may occur during shipping, please notify Canada Post to make a claim. Finn Origins Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items after parcel has been shipped.

For out of country deliveries, Finn Origins Inc. is not responsible for any additional customs duties, brokerage fees, or taxes, nor can we predict or charge for them in advance. We charge for the calculated shipping rate and the additional fees are paid for by the customer upon delivery or arrangement with the shipping company. 

Shipments are packaged and sent out within 48 hours unless there are unforeseen circumstances (ie. weather).
