Shipping policy

Finn Origins Inc. offers free delivery with a minimum order of $50 within Thunder Bay city limits for the following postal codes: P7C, P7G, P7B, P7A, P7J, P7E and P7K. For orders under $50.00, Finn Origins Inc. charges a flat fee of $5.00 for delivery to your door. Finn Origins Inc. is not responsible for stolen items if the package is not retrieved after drop off. Please leave any special instructions at checkout.

*Free Canada-wide shipping when you spend $250+ is limited to regular sized parcels. Oversized parcels will be calculated at regular shipping rates and an invoice will be sent to you for payment (ex. Elite and Comfort head rests, vapour barrier). Rocks are not available for shipping.

Finn Origins Inc. uses Canada Post for all parcels shipped. Rates will be calculated automatically at checkout. If there are special requests for shipping, please indicate at checkout, or you have specific questions about shipping email us at info@finnorigins.com before placing your order. For damage or loss that may occur during shipping, please notify Canada Post to make a claim.

NOTE: During the Canada Post strike, we will use other carriers of our choice to fulfill orders (UPS, Canpar, Purolator...).

PLEASE NOTE: All USA orders will not be fulfilled at this time due to the new tariff rules. We will update as information is available. For out of country deliveries, Finn Origins Inc. is not responsible for any additional customs duties, brokerage fees, or taxes, nor can we predict or charge for them in advance. We charge for the calculated shipping rate and the additional fees are paid for by the customer upon delivery or arrangement with the shipping company. Shipments are packaged and sent out within 48 hours unless there are unforeseen circumstances (ie. weather).
