Use in the sauna: Place a small amount of crystals in a soapstone bowl (like Ilmari) and nestle onto your sauna rocks. A small amount (0.5-1 cm) of crystals at a time is enough! You can use a spoon to help with dosing. The crystal will evaporate and bring a fresh menthol scent to the sauna.
NOTE: A crystal that has fallen onto the heating elements of an electric heater can burn with a small flame.
Warning! Irritating to skin. Severely irritating to eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If chemical gets on skin, rinse with plenty of water. If chemical gets in eyes: rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation occurs: seek medical attention. If eye irritation persists; seek medical attention. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. The melting point of the crystals is 40 degrees. If the crystals melt in the bag and harden again, you can crush the crystal and use it again.
