Sit back, relax and enjoy the scents of eucalyptus, pine tar or birch. Just mix 50ml of the sauna essence into a 3L pail of lukewarm water. As you throw the water onto the sauna rocks, your room will fill with mild scents of your chosen aroma. Sauna essences are not to be thrown directly onto the rocks without diluting, as instructed. Store your bottle outside of the sauna room.
