Eucalyptus/Menthol - used as a decongestant and expectorant
How to use: Take into the shower and wet it under the water steam to activate. Place steamer at far end of the bath/shower stall. Reseal pouch after each use. Steamer will last 2+ showers, allow to dry between uses.
Insider Tip: Place steamer inside a natural sisal bag, wet under the water stream to activate then hang from your shower head so the Menthol, Eucalyptus and essential oils are being released in close contact for optimal inhaling!
